- Half kg mutton chops
- One small chopped onion
- One and a half tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- One and a half cups of water
- Half tablespoon coriander powder
- One teaspoon of red chilli powder
- Half tablespoon garam masala
- A pinch of mace powder
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- One teaspoon of crushed and roasted cumin seeds
- One tablespoon of green chilli paste
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- Half a cup of fresh yoghurt
- Two tablespoons chopped coriander
- One tablespoon of tandoori masala
- Three tablespoons of cooking oil
- A charcoal piece for smoke
Process To Make
Put a pot on the stove and add mutton chops, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and water. Once it starts boiling, cover it up and let it cook on low flame until the meat tenderizer and water dries out.
Take another bowl and start adding coriander powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cumin seeds, green chilli paste, lemon juice, yoghurt, tandoori masala and fresh coriander. Now mix it up well, and the marination mixture is ready.
Once the meat is cooked, rest for 6-8 minutes.
