Process To Make

Step 1

Put a pot on the stove and add mutton chops, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and water. Once it starts boiling, cover it up and let it cook on low flame until the meat tenderizer and water dries out.

Take another bowl and start adding coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cumin seeds, green chilli paste, lemon juice, yoghurt, tandoori masala and fresh coriander. Now mix it up well, and the marinated mixture is ready.
