Process To Make :

Step 1 

Put two tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan and fry two whisked eggs from both sides.

Chop the onions in a chopper, take out chopped onions and squeeze out all water from the onions, then chop green chillies.

Take a big clean bowl and put minced beef, squeezed onions, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, dried pomegranate seeds, coriander seeds, carom seeds, cumin powder, crushed red chilli, garam masala, and salt. At this point, mix everything with your hands properly.

Once the spiced minced beef mixture is ready, put a raw egg and mix. After that, add maize flour and mix well again.

Close the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for one day.
