  • One cup of maize flour 
  • Half kg beef fat

Process To Make :

Step 1 

Put two tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan and fry two whisked eggs from both sides. 

Step 2

Chop the onions in a chopper, take out chopped onions and squeeze out all water from the onions, then chop green chillies.

Step 3

Take a big clean bowl and put minced beef, squeezed onions, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, dried pomegranate seeds, coriander seeds, carom seeds, cumin powder, crushed red chilli, garam masala, and salt. At this point, mix everything with your hands properly.

Step 4

Once the spiced minced beef mixture is ready, put a raw egg and mix. After that, add maize flour and mix well again.

Step 5

Close the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for one day. 

Step 6

When it comes to frying, add chopped tomatoes and fried omelette. Mix it well in the minced beef mixture and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Step 7

Take a pan, put half a kg of fat in it and close the lid. Let it cook on low heat; keep stirring in between. After a while, fat oil will drain out, so remove muscle fat and put the pan aside.

Step 8
